Pearson sells two versions of its router/switch Simulator software. Both versions use the same core software and same user interfaces. The CCENT Simulator supports the commands and labs just for the ICND1 exam, whereas this product, the CCNA Simulator, supports commands and labs for the ICND1, ICND2, and of course CCNA exams.

This CCNA Simulator simulates the Command Line Interface (CLI) of Cisco routers and switches, and simulates the majority of the configuration and exec commands included in the CCNA certification. The user can learn the CLI user interface, navigation, and the most important commands for CCNA. It uses multiple pre-defined topologies, with pre-defined initial configurations, and with labs guide you towards important points to learn.
Also, note that you do not get anything extra when buying this boxed set as opposed to downloading the product. The boxed package is a DVD plus the cardboard box and other packaging.
